BIOGRAPHY

Vincent Boydens started his career path aged 17 when he gave six 10-lesson-courses in “basic computer skills”, each time to 20 adults needing their digital intro in the year 1993. During his studies he worked in the field of architecture and for various companies in architectural competition design and 3D visualisations, further he developed websites, brochures and trophees for several companies.

After graduating, he was responsible for building the Vlerick Campuses, both in Ghent and Leuven, as an architectural project manager. Later he managed the retail design and several brand launches for a total of 20 brands for L’Oréal Luxe Benelux. At the L’Oréal’ Paris headquarters he designed the new global look for Helena Rubinstein as an expat international brand & retail designer.

Combining his masters degree in architecture at St-Lucas, a Vlerick MBA in general management, an MBM Master in Building Management at Vlaamse IngenieursKring and a personal and business coaching degree, combined with his 17 years of experience and an overall creative mind, he now assists companies as an independent creative coach.

With his unique approach – connecting his startup, SME and Multinational business experience – he uplifts his “design thinking” to a commercial level, but keeps an open vision to challenge and coach a company, a brand, an idea or a product,… the analytic/design approach an architect would use.

Matching business and creativity with the brand as a goal in itself. For a creative in need of some business input, or for a company in need of a business experienced design thinker to guide its creatives.
